The short version: Bourbon Tracker™ is a bourbon collection tracking tool for adults 21+. We are not a liquor retailer and do not facilitate alcohol sales. Use the service responsibly and legally. Don't abuse it or use it for anything illegal. If you pay for a subscription, Stripe handles billing. We can terminate accounts that violate these terms.
By accessing or using Bourbon Tracker™ at bourbon-tracker.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Barrel-Tracker, LLC (DBA Bourbon Tracker™), an Ohio limited liability company.
You must be 21 years of age or older to use Bourbon Tracker™. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years old. Barrel-Tracker, LLC reserves the right to terminate any account where this requirement is not met.

To use most features of Bourbon Tracker™, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:
You may not create accounts using automated means, create multiple accounts to circumvent usage limits, or share your account credentials with others.
Bourbon Tracker™ offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.
The free tier is available without a payment method and includes limited bottles, AI scans, community reviews, and market value refreshes per month as described on our pricing page.
Paid subscriptions (Pro, Collector, Club) provide enhanced limits and features as described on our pricing page. By subscribing, you authorize Barrel-Tracker, LLC to charge your payment method through Stripe on a recurring monthly basis.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you will retain access to paid features until then. Barrel-Tracker, LLC does not provide prorated refunds for partial months except where required by law.
We reserve the right to change subscription prices with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
Users who subscribe during the founding member period at a locked rate will retain that rate for as long as their subscription remains active and in good standing without lapsing.
You agree to use Bourbon Tracker™ only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Bourbon Tracker™ includes community features such as allocation drop reports, trade board listings, and tasting notes ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you:
Barrel-Tracker, LLC reserves the right to remove any User Content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful, false, or inappropriate.
Important: The Trade Board is a community forum for users to express interest in buying, selling, or trading bottles. Barrel-Tracker, LLC does not participate in, broker, facilitate, or guarantee any transaction posted on the Trade Board. Private alcohol sales are regulated and may be illegal in your state. You are solely responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction before engaging in any transaction. Barrel-Tracker, LLC assumes no liability for any transaction, dispute, or legal consequence arising from Trade Board activity.

The Bourbon Tracker™ name, logo, design, and software are owned by Barrel-Tracker, LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks, trade dress, or branding without our prior written consent.
Your collection data belongs to you. We claim no ownership over the bottle information, tasting notes, or ratings you enter into your account.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. BARREL-TRACKER, LLC DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR COMPLETELY SECURE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, BARREL-TRACKER, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF BARREL-TRACKER, LLC HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIMS ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO BARREL-TRACKER, LLC IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Barrel-Tracker, LLC and its members, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, your User Content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law.
Barrel-Tracker, LLC may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time through the app settings.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date and notify you via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
